I consider Two-Face to be a top 3 Batman villain and he was criminally(heh) under-used in the series with this game being the one that could have utilized him most. Knight: Allow free-roaming with Catwoman, Robin, and Nightwing. Arkham City allowed free roaming with Catwoman and gave her her own plotline that connected to the main story. I think there might be other fights that are harder because of wonky controls (a lot of the tank stuff in Knight just doesn’t feel all that “deliberate”), but Freeze is definitely the hardest one by design, if that makes sense.
